What Happens During The 30 Day Success Review?

The 30 Day Success Review is designed to identify whether the placement is settling in well and whether any early support is required from the client, candidate or recruitment partner.

What We Review

We check in with both the client and candidate to understand how the first month has progressed.

  • Early onboarding experience
  • Role clarity and expectation alignment
  • Communication between manager and employee
  • Early performance indicators and confidence levels

Why This Stage Matters

The first month can reveal small issues that become larger if left unresolved. A structured check-in helps protect the placement early.

  • Identifies early retention risks
  • Improves communication and expectation alignment
  • Helps address onboarding concerns quickly
  • Supports a stronger probation period outcome

What We Need From You

Client feedback helps confirm whether the placement is tracking positively or whether any early support is required.

  • Feedback on performance and attitude
  • Any concerns around fit, communication or expectations
  • Progress against onboarding or training requirements
  • Any support needed before the 60 day review

What The Client Receives

The outcome is a clearer view of placement health and early action items if support is needed.

  • 30 day placement feedback
  • Early risk or concern identification
  • Suggested support actions where required
  • Stronger visibility before the 60 day review
